I love to work with people. And I love to work for people. This is the reason, why I decided to join the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for which I worked for more than ten years in politically unstable regions and war zones in the Middle East, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Africa.
I have also worked for another ten years as a Communication Manager and Media Spokesperson in various international companies in Switzerland and also as a member of the management board. I am familiar with the ways companies work on a day-to-day basis and would be happy to pass on the experiences and share them with you.
Through intensive experiences with people around me and myself I set out to deal with the upcomings of many human phenomena. I found my answers with Dr. A. Peter Levine, in his schooling of Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) as well as my education as Hypnotherapist by Gabriel Palacios.
Today I am self-employed as a coach, mediator and therapist (Hypnotherapist NGH/VHS and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner).
As a coach, I work mostly with men and women who have reached a critical stage in their lives. Usually, they are on the threshold of an important decision and to not wish to leave the outcome to chance. Coaching is also a good way to free yourself from mental blocks.
In my capacity as a mediator I specialised in arbitrating disputes, conflicts and personal clashes in partnerships, to reach the goal of walking the path together again.
As a hypnotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), I support people to overcome inner blockades and to strengthen their self-esteem.
I am interested in my fellow human beings, their stories and their story. What makes us what we are? Why do we react in a particular way? For me, learning is a continuous process. Every day I learn something new. Whether I am interacting with my colleagues or working with my clients, I gain new insights. I read books written by great scientists, some of whom are well-known therapists and are keen to share their experiences with others. I am often inspired by articles on social issues and regularly attend professional development and update courses.
Every day I embark upon a new adventure. Every day I pick up new knowledge which encourages me to broaden my horizons, to challenge received ideas, to hone my skills and to sharpen my senses.
